  • Description
Sealing of high speed sealing machine has applied one first roller and second roller for one press head, so that double rolling and sealing may be reached and operation can be made convenient, it can be used together with filling machine. Power of filling machine is provided by this machine, so that absolute stability of machines can be realiaed. At present, this co. has introduced latest computerized remote control system, the operation status of users can be clearly shown, so that we can provide complete technical support to users.
The filling machine of our co. adopts most advanced fixed liquid surface filling valve from Italy, it is especially good for filling of low viscosity liquid, such as water, fruit juice, vegetable juice and other kinds of liquid which are easy to occur bubble, such beverages full of protein as peach syrup, peanut syrup, almond syrup, etc.. By alternating filling valve and positioning deveice, it can fill easy-pull cans, PET bottles, glass bottles and other containers, it can be used together with sealing machine.
 
1.  The filling amount is rather average, the adjustment is convenient.
2.  Both filling valve and filling barrel all adopts stainless steel.
3.  It adopts special filling valve which makes washing and cleaning convenient.
