DR24-24-8D production line for carbonated drinks
This DR24-24-8D type production line takes hinging transmission of wind power to sent bottles, frequency conversion to control speed. The method of washing bottles adopts folding bottleneck and inverted bottles. With inside clashing and outside pouring, the bottle can be washed in all directions. Bottle filling in the use of hanging bottleneck with micro-pressure, the filling valve in a unique refluxing way, then it avoids the dripping phenomenon after the end of filling. Spiral cover in the torsion way of hanging bottles with magnetic force, in this way, it can ensure that in the process of spinning cover, the rate of damage falls to a minimum and to achieve the perfect state. The system of mechanism cover adopts special design, using wind to deliver cover. Mechanism cover guarantees no anti-covered. The speed of sending cover is fast and safe. Proper, stable and safe design, in the same situation of the same bottleneck size, regardless of the height and magnitude, there is no need to control speed of every part, with the expectation of replacing solid bottle to output dial wheel, which is for customer convenience in a large extend and also greatly improves efficiency.
