Alcohol/Wine Filling and Packaging Line
This series of filling machine & packaging machine is mainly used for alcohol and all kinds of spirits filling and sealing in glass bottles, also according to customers' demands, to fill in PET bottles, which is with washing, filling and capping monoblock.Such series of machine can fill with different capacities as requirements. Together with other assistant equipments used in the line for alcohol production line.

Features:
• Filling valve adopts high precision mechanical filling valve, with the character of no bottle no vacuum pumping.
• Open Gear combinated gear box transmission, with on-off device. Frequency conversion velocity modulation device extends the speed modulating scope.
• This machine has self oil lubrication device so that the lubrication points could be lubricated regularly in time. The machine is of high efficiency, low noise and long life.
• Centering guide is of double guide bar type, with the function of pre-covering.
• Wine jar and capping head are driven by manual, also can be driven by electricity to fit different sizes of bottles.
• The material height in the tank is controlled by electric probe to assure the precise liquid level.
